You may request a specific trainer, or we will match you with the trainer best suited to your needs, goals and availability. All clients complete a Next Level Fitness Personal Training Agreement and Health Questionnaire prior to starting their training program. She has been a Personal Trainer since 2017, her love for helping her clients exceed their fitness goals and make a positive difference in their lives is what makes her enjoy what she does. Donna’s PT clients range from the elderly to the serious athlete alike. Being an avid cyclist and working with a personal trainer for many years herself is what brought her to get her ACE Personal Training Certification.
Donna has been a Massage Therapist since 2006. During that time, she has worked on a wide range of athletes from Tri-Athletes to the avid walker, to pre and post surgery clients, to someone who just needs to destress. Although she does a range of modalities, Donna considers herself as a Deep Tissue Therapeutic Specialist.
